Hillside Cottage Self Catering

The garden at single-storey Hillside is a real sun trap.  The cottage is light and airy with three bedrooms and a comfortable sitting room.  The large kitchen/dining room looks out over the big sunny garden.

The Burgage Self Catering

Set in 2 acres of gardens The Burgage is a 3 bedroom holiday cottage designed in 1964. It is just a five min stroll to the sheltered cove of Nolton Haven and the Mariners Inn which serves excellent food and overlooks the beach.

Booking Conditions

Bookings are to be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total holiday price. The full amount is payable if the booking is taken 6 weeks or less prior to the commencement of the self catering holiday.

We request that the full amount be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your self catering break.

Cancellation

Should you later wish to cancel your cottage break with us less than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday, we shall endeavour to re-let the cottage. If we are successful then we will return all monies less the initial deposit. If we are unable to do so then you will be held liable for the full cost of your cancelled holiday. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance when making a booking.
